ND questions
Choosing ND earphones
Who makes ND earphones?
ND is the brand on the earphones and the box. The ND Venus box names Dongguan Xinwang Acoustic Electronics Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, China as the manufacturer.
Should I choose the 3.5mm or the Type-C plug?
Choose 3.5mm if your phone, laptop or player has a headphone jack. Choose Type-C if it has no jack; the USB-C port must carry audio. The Venus comes with either plug; the NX2, DD3, X12 and Nice have a 3.5mm plug.
Which ND earphones have a microphone?
The Venus, X12 and Nice are sold with or without an inline mic and remote, as separate listings. The NX2 and DD3 listings have no mic. The Air 3 has two call microphones and the Pulsar four.
What is the difference between the dynamic and hybrid models?
The NX2, Venus and DD3 each use one 10mm dynamic driver per side; the DD3 adds four sound modes. The Nice pairs a 10mm dynamic driver with one balanced armature, and the X12 pairs a 10mm dynamic driver with five balanced armatures per side for more detail in the mids and highs.
Can I replace the cable or make them wireless?
Yes, every wired ND set here has a detachable 2-pin cable: 0.78mm on the NX2 and X12, 0.75mm on the DD3 and Nice. A 2-pin Bluetooth neckband module can turn them wireless; it is not included and we do not sell one.
Air 3 or Pulsar: which wireless earbuds?
Both use 13mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.4, touch controls and a Type-C charging case. The Air 3 is semi in-ear: it rests in the ear without sealing it. The Pulsar seals in the ear with four sizes of ear tips, has four call microphones and larger batteries (40mAh per earbud, 400mAh case, against 30mAh and 380mAh).

After that, cover depends on ND's terms for the product and we help you make the claim. The details are on our warranty page.
Are these genuine ND products?
Yes. They are ND's own products, and we are an independent reseller, not ND itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
