Gamesir G7 Pro ZZZ Edition
I bought the G7 Pro ZZZ Editon from Amazon and was extremely pleased with it. Worked right out of the box on XBox. After 1 month the left TMR stick button (L3) stopped working. I contacted their Discord and showed a video of it which took 5 minutes, 2 days later a brand new one arrived. Their customer support is top tear and the Gamesir Soul Discord User is extremely helpful. He noticed it was a defect right away and processed a new one right away. Gamesir is 100% a top tier company. Iv now ordered the Aimlabs 8K controller for my PC as I fully trust their controllers and them as a company. Easy to deal with and top tire customer service.

Recently bought a few controllers from Gamesir, two Kaleid K1 and 1 Kaleid Flux, two for us at home and the other as a gift to my godson, each one of this models came with a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate card, the problem I had was that i shelved the boxes for a few months after the aquisition and when wanted to redeem the codes, codes weren´t good anymore, i contact the Gamesir´s support by mail, explained the case, sent them some purchase proof and pictures, and, in a couple of days they fixed the problems; updating my codes, so now i can enjoy a few more games with this beautiful and great controllers, thanks Gamesir, very much satisfied and it is a pleasure to recommend you guys for everyone,

This Controller is Awesome
This Controller is Awesome I would like to provide some feedback on the design. The D-pad can be a little sticky, occasionally resulting in accidental inputs. Additionally, the bumpers and triggers are positioned very close together, which can also lead to unintended button presses. These issues occur sporadically, but I wanted to bring them to your attention. I am giving your customer service 5 stars. After owning the controller for four months and experiencing the issue with the left bumper sticking, your team resolved the matter quickly and sent a replacement after just a few emails.

Bought the G7 Pro Wuchang edition wireless controller. Right trigger vibration failed after 3-4 months, contacted Gamesir direct and they sent a replacement almost immediately after getting the info they needed to validate Thier warranty process. Excellent controller and customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Better than any other Elite Controller
The controllers are amazing and so much better in every way compared to the Xbox elite controllers that fall apart and get stick drift in less than a week. Also their customer service is amazing, I had a problem with the hair trigger stopper and they sent me a full replacement with no returns or fees! Will only be using gamesir controllers from now on.

I bought a controller less than a year ago, and recently noticed that the battery would die within 2 days even at full charge and unused. Because it's within its 1 year warranty, I wrote an e-mail to GameSir about the problem. They responded really quickly, and immediately addressed the problem by sending me a replacement. The new controller arrived within 48 hrs. That's it. It's so easy. 10/10 would continue to patronize this company! ❤️

Good product that last in time. I have an old phone cmamp controller working like a charm even if our phone are getting to big for it. And the stick they are pushing right now on the market won't get drift before millions of hours. The left trigger stop starting to slip off during gameplay on my g7 Pro and eventually stopped working entirely. I sent gamesir a video of the issue and they sent me a new controller out straight away. As they have the best controllers also having amazing customer support makes it even better

Best company for gaming! They make good products and back them up I have a total of 4 game sir controllers and love them all. Even had a bumper go out on one and they replaced it! (In warranty)

Great So Far......
Following a terrible experience with Sony controllers, I tried Gamesir after reading online reviews - and wasn't sorry. For a controller under £20, the quality is great (much better than Sony branded controllers) and feels more robust when in use. I have yet to test it over a prolonged period but after a week, the signs are good. Branded controllers are expensive and (if Sony is anything to go by) they build them to fail so they have to be replaced at more than £60 each. Stick drift on the PS5 is alarmingly widespread - cheap sensors apparently. If the Gamesir replacement lasts 2 years, I'll be happy for the price paid.

Wonderful Gamepad, After Sales Service
Well, after going through a bit research I book one gamepad on Amazon that is gamesir g8 plus. I was specially into android emulation gaming and this proved really Wonderful Gadget. It has many different modes to switch and bluetooth to connect with other devices as well. I also connected it to tv to play Jio Cloud Gaming and Nebula Cloud along with Xbox Cloud Gaming as well. But in Jan 2026 one firmware update messed with the gamepad and the battery didn't last that long thereafter. After going through reddit support I visited their Discord and post this. I was connected by one of the mods and after screenshots of issue I was being offered a new gamepad. And after just some days I received it by local post by just paying minimum taxes. Thank you for such a commitment towards consumers and helping right away. This has been amazing company I came across with following the commitments as after service. 🙏
