Instant Ship

We ship at two speeds, Standard and Instant Ship. You pick on the product page, before you add to cart, and the price updates so the number you see is the number you pay. Not every product offers both, because some items can only travel one way. Where that happens the unavailable speed is shown crossed out on the product page, so you always know what you can choose.

Standard

$5, or free on orders over $29. Arrives in 7 to 12 working days. This is the default and the right choice for most orders.

Instant Ship

$29 on most products. Arrives in 5 to 7 working days. Instant Ship buys priority handling and a faster carrier service. Choose it when the delivery date matters more than the cost.

On some products Instant Ship is already included in the price and costs nothing extra. Those are items that only travel by express courier, so there is no slower option to choose. The product page marks them as included.

How the price works

Choosing Instant Ship adds the upgrade to your cart as its own line, so you can see exactly what it costs and change your mind before you pay. The product price already covers Standard delivery, so the upgrade is the difference between the two speeds rather than the full cost of the faster one.

What working days mean

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The window starts the day your order is dispatched, not the moment you place it. Orders placed late in the day are dispatched the next working day.
