Joyroom questions
Choosing a Joyroom charger
Which plug do the Joyroom chargers have?
None has a US plug. The TRD01, TG11 and JR-TG10 have EU round two-pin plugs, and the TCM02's power cord has a UK three-pin plug. For US outlets, use a travel adapter.
Which Joyroom charger should I choose?
The TRD01 PODIX is a 140W desktop charger with five ports, built-in retractable cables and a touch screen. The TCM02 is a 65W tower with six ports for a desk. The TG11 (100W) and JR-TG10 (65W) are wall chargers that each come with a USB-C cable.
Can these charge a laptop?
Yes. Each has a USB-C port that charges a USB-C laptop: up to 140W on the TRD01, 100W on the TG11 and 65W on the TCM02 and JR-TG10. Power is shared when several devices charge at once.
Does it come with a cable?
The TG11 comes with a 2m 240W USB-C cable and the JR-TG10 with a 1.2m 100W USB-C cable. The TRD01 has built-in retractable cables, and the TCM02 comes with its power cord.
How long does delivery take, and what if it arrives faulty?
Standard delivery takes 10 to 15 business days and Instant Ship takes 3 to 7. If an item arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. After that, cover depends on Joyroom's terms for the product and we help you make the claim. The details are on our warranty page.
Are these genuine Joyroom products?
Yes. They are Joyroom's own products, and we are an independent reseller, not Joyroom itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Buying this brand from us
We buy from authorised distributors and check every model before it is listed. These pages set out exactly what that means, and what your cover is if something is wrong.
