Will it work with my phone?
A 3.5mm plug needs a headphone jack. A Type-C plug needs a USB-C port that carries audio. The Air 3 and Pulsar earbuds pair over Bluetooth 5.4 with Android phones and iPhones.
Does it have a microphone?
Only where the title says With Mic: those cables carry an inline mic and remote. No Mic listings have none.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on ND's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with ND. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine ND product?
Yes. It is ND's own product, and we are an independent reseller, not ND itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
