Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.

When will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days and is free on US orders over $29. Instant Ship, where offered, takes 5 to 7 business days for $29.
What comes in the box?
The package list in this listing's description shows exactly what ships. Travel docks and hubs do not include a charger, and no enclosure includes an SSD or hard drive.
Will it work with my computer?
The compatibility notes in this listing name the ports and systems it needs. Docks need a USB-C port with video output, and DisplayLink models need the DisplayLink driver installed first.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on Wavlink's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with Wavlink. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine Wavlink product?
Yes. It is Wavlink's own product, and we are an independent reseller, not Wavlink itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under $29 pay $5 shipping and orders of $29 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
