Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.

When will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. It is free on US orders over $29; smaller orders pay a flat $5.
What comes in the box?
The package list in this listing's description shows exactly what ships, including the plugs and ear tips.
Will it work with my phone?
A 3.5mm plug needs a headphone jack. A USB-C plug works with phones, tablets and laptops whose USB-C port supports USB audio. 2.5mm and 4.4mm plugs are balanced outputs for music players, DACs and amplifiers. The TE Pro and Black Pearl DACs add 3.5mm and 4.4mm outputs to a USB-C device.
Can I replace the cable?
Yes. TRN cables are detachable: most use 2-pin connectors, the TA1 uses MMCX. The two do not fit each other.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on TRN's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with TRN. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine TRN product?
Yes. It is TRN's own product, and we are an independent reseller, not TRN itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under $29 pay $5 shipping and orders of $29 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
