Why we don't offer open-box delivery
Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.
Rather than promise something we cannot guarantee, we chose a more transparent option: a packing video for every order.
It lets you check your product and how it was packed before the parcel arrives.

Before you buy
When will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days and is free on US orders over $29. Instant Ship, where offered, takes 5 to 7 business days for $29.
What comes in the box?
The AIR X ships with a USB-C cable, a screen protector and a user manual, plus the TF card its title names. For the Pocket Max, message us before you order and we will confirm the box contents.
Do I need a memory card?
If an AIR X title says No TF card, it ships without a microSD card and uses its 64GB of built-in storage. The 128GB and 256GB TF card listings include that card in the box. The Pocket Max has 128GB of built-in storage.
Can I stream PC and console games?
Yes, both run Android and support game streaming over Wi-Fi from your own PC or console, or from a cloud gaming service. Streaming quality depends on your Wi-Fi.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on MANGMI's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with MANGMI. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine MANGMI handheld?
Yes. It is MANGMI's own hardware, and we are an independent reseller, not MANGMI itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under $29 pay $5 shipping and orders of $29 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
