Which plug does it have?
None has a US plug: the TRD01, TG11 and JR-TG10 have EU round two-pin plugs, and the TCM02's power cord a UK three-pin plug. Each needs a travel adapter for US outlets.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
